Terms & Conditions (April 1st, 2026 to May 31st, 2026)

1. This offer (“Offer”) is made available to you by Gro Digital Initiatives Pvt. Ltd. (“Gro Club”).
   
2. This Offer is open to all Gro Club customers who are residents of India.
   
3. By participating in the Offer, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”). Participation is voluntary.
   
4. 4. The offer is valid from April 1st, 2026 to May 31st, 2026 (“Offer Period”)
   
5. Referrals are considered successful only when the referred customer completes a qualifying purchase of any Gro Club product.
6. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, or orders that are cancelled or refunded will not be counted.
   
7. Purchases made by the referring customer do not qualify as successful referrals.
   
8. Gro Club shall determine reward eligibility based on verified referral data at the end of the Offer Period.
   
9. Gro Club reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in malpractice or fraudulent activity, or to withhold rewards pending investigation.
   
10. Gro Club’s decision regarding verification, eligibility, and winner selection shall be final and binding.
    

Referral Rewards Structure

1. Participants will receive the following guaranteed rewards based on the total number of successful referrals completed within the Offer Period:

• 3 Referral: 1 Wonderla Ticket (Guaranteed)
• 5 Referrals: Mokobara Trolley (Guaranteed)
• 10 Referrals: 1-Night Luxurious Staycation at a 5-Star Hotel (Family)

Important Notes:

• All milestone rewards are non-cumulative.
  
• Participants are eligible for only the highest reward tier achieved.
  
  

Example:
A participant who completes 15 successful referrals will get guaranteed 2-Night Staycation at a 5-Star Hotel and a chance to win a Playstation 5.
They will not receive the Wonderla Ticket, Mokobara trolley.

General Provisions

1. Gro Club employees and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible to participate.

3. Gro Club shall not be liable for any delays, technical issues, or errors arising during participation or reward distribution.
   
4. By participating, customers consent to Gro Club sharing necessary personal details with authorized third parties for the purpose of reward fulfilment.
   
5. Any disputes related to this Offer shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
